K.C. Johnson of theChicago Tribune reports that the Bulls are aware of this and want to draft a shooter like Rodney Hood or Doug McDermott.Hood is aware of the team's issues shooting consistently, and he told Johnson that he can help right away:"I watched them pretty much all season, and I think they're a shooter away from making that next jump.
