万科魅力房屋质量严重不合格

魅力之城52号楼304卫生间上漏下堵，还反味。修了两年的卫生间上面又开始漏水了。交房到现在2年的修房过程还在延续，全国最差的地产商的房屋质量也赶不上万科的差。房子是怎么盖的？怎么监理的？怎么验收的？这个破房子谁给个说法？谁给维修？我不想在修上10年20年
