我们是万科魅之城一期的业主,现在的物业管理太差,主要问题如下:一是门岗把关不严,特别是非业主进出随意,不登记，不查证，现在装修人员又多又杂，人员随意进出．二是正对檀山路的一号门，由于无人看管，形同虚设，由于业主进出只要刷卡，经常看到闲杂人员随着业主就直接进院子了．三是以前发生过偷盗事件，最近又发生了偷盗事件，现在业主人心慌慌．强烈要求门卫加强管理，对１号门应有人管看，如无人管看就应封死．
