</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; ">从景观的角度来看,接近</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Helvetica; ">2</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; ">米高的隔离带,完全遮挡了业主的视线。所有进入高层区域的人群都会觉得视线范围极小。这与万科对于璞悦山的<span lang="EN-US">“</span>大宅<span lang="EN-US">”</span>、<span lang="EN-US">“</span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Helvetica; ">TOP</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; ">系装修标准<span lang="EN-US">”</span>等等定位是完全违背的。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Helvetica; "><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" align="left" style="line-height: 18pt; background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; "><span style="font-family: 宋体; ">方式二:改建现有的隔离方式。万科出具新的园林规划图,采取相对开放的方式,如用低灌木、间隔高大树木、每隔一段距离有进出口等等方式。园林规划出具后,可张贴在会所,通知业主前去验收。坦白来讲,以万科的专业度,如果是基于开放的心态来规划园林,不用高层业主验收,也一定能够让所有人满意。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Helvetica; "><o:p></o:p></span></p>

卑鄙的万科 欺骗消费者

我们只要万科兑现承诺。售楼说一套,交房另一套!买前顾客是上帝,做了业主就不把我们当人看!为了卖出别墅 把所有好处都给了去 可怜的500多户高层住户,连个遛狗的地方也没有了!!更别说溜人了!!!!
