在雪城烟台，物业无作为扫雪不及时，让业主情何以堪！

      2013年12月19日早上7点45分，烟台中雪之后，万科假日风景小区白雪皑皑，地面在阳光照射下光滑如镜...停，你以为我们业主是在欣赏雪景吗？错！我们在小心脚下，在小心开车，更是作为孕妇的我每走一步，如履薄冰！生怕摔倒！这时的物业人员才刚刚开始准备清理，而在一些如矮坡之类的危险地带，容易打滑的地方并没有做出任何应急处理，没有融雪剂，也没有泥沙来防滑。而此时却是业主们的出行高峰期，所以，行人摔倒的，汽车追尾的景象此时屡见不鲜！
      作为雪城的烟台，大雪覆盖是最常见的事，而及时除雪，给予出行安全保障也是所有烟台人心照不宣所共有的常识！而堪称烟台物业费之最的万科物业竟连此意识都没有，如果来不及及时清理，那么及时撒上防滑沙总来得及吧！在我们业主上班的时候，物业是不是也应该早早的上班，给予业主最起码的出行安全保障呢？就是因为缺少了这短短的几分钟的劳动时间，却给业主带来极大的不便，小区车辆打滑、追尾事件，短短的一早上就至少三起！
       物业本是和业主一起构建和谐小区，温暖家园的盟友，本应该最大可能的给予业主方便，可是现在呢？如此细节都不能及时处理好，给业主带来麻烦，更是添堵！我们期望相关部门、领导对此引起重视，在作为物业费之最的同时，也能做到服务质量之最，当然不是最差，而是最好！让我们不后悔作为万科的业主！

强烈支持业主，既然收了物业费就应履行及时扫雪义务，我们无怨无悔的选择了万科，是因为我们心中的万科是大品牌，能为我们提供最好的服务与保障，这女士七点四十出门有雪，我九点多进小区都没有清扫路上的雪，只是行人路上的已经扫了，难道机动车道就不需要清理了吗？被压的积雪车辆行驶很容易打滑。
失败的万科，我们花着全烟台最贵的物业费，养着你们这群懒猪，扫雪这种最基本的工作你们做不好，不让业主车辆进小区你们倒是做的很到位，失望，失望。。。。。。
