万科物业真是图有虚名，2010年刚入住物业时的服务与现在的服务简直天壤之别，原来物业有几位很好的工作人员，估计也是受不了现在的管理模式而逃走了吧，原来的保安，见到业主拿的东西多，会主动送推车甚至
送到家里；有业主归来，站在门旁等着业主刷卡后给开门；每次见到业主会问一声“早上好”！现在的保安如行尸走肉一般，见到业主归来，连看都不看，手里拿的东西再多也不会有人给你开下门，要个推车会告诉你在哪儿自己去推；进楼的门禁一坏坏一月，就是不见好！原来快递还代替收取，现在非要求人家快递公司跟他签约，其实就是收取快递公司费用，问之答曰为业主负责！好嘛，您们为我们负责，那我们年青人都在外面上班，家里没有人，求您替收一下也不行（是求哦！）？请问你们的贴心在哪里？要么就是回答“您让快递给您送家里不就行了”，家里有人我会让快递送物业？要么“物业有二次义务送件权利，您再跟他约一下你在家的时间吧！”害我无语，但毕竟还是麻烦人家的，便弱弱地问了一句“那我们交的物业费……？”回答得更巧妙了，“您好业主，您交的物业费里是不包含此项内容的，本项目是增值服务”。哎，各类答案各类籍口，俺嘴笨，脸皮还薄，俺只能默默地承受了，行，不收就不收吧，俺退货行了吧？敢问万科物业所谓的贴心啊，管家啊之类的美好词汇是从何而来？！是王石和业主的美好愿景吧？真的有种万科物业只营业两年便转包出去的想法！！！

要是代收快件，不利如下：1、物品损坏，说不清楚。容易产生不必要的麻烦。2、物业的确没有为业主代收、保管快件的义务和责任，强迫物业代收快件与法理不通。3、我一般是和快递约定时间，例如：晚上、周六日、或者单位双方交接。

谢谢您的回复，不过我不知道您是业主还是其他哪类人员，我觉得您说的物品损坏的事情其实很好解决，物业完全可以与业主签订一份协议，约定物业仅有代收业务，不对验货纠纷承担任何责任即可解决。至于您说的约定时间，我想说，我们基本上白天都在上班，别人我不清楚，可是我周末一般都在加班，所以平时家里基本上没有人，也没有时间出去购物，所以只能网购，如果在家当然要快递把件送到家里亲自接收，谁也不愿意好不容易休息一下还要去物业取件吧？至于您说的约时间，我约过几次，不过快递员的回答也是您下班的时候我们也下班了，当然不排除您可以预约的比较全心全意全为您的快递公司，只是我没碰到。现在网购一般都是指定快递公司，可选性较小，原来是要看是否超区，现在是要看是否与万科签约，能送到的收不到，当初选房也是奔着物业来的，因为那句全心全意全为您，现在回过头来看这句话，呵呵……还是非常感谢您的回复，我当然也不是单指代收邮件的事儿，只是当初入住时到现在的物业，落差真的很大，之所以现在提出来也是因为刚看到这个网站，就把大家的想法说出来，想让物业有一个好的转变，能恢复至入住时期的样子是最好，毕竟当时买房就是奔着物业来的，仅此而已！
