金域缇香部分物业服务人员工作表现值得肯定

我是金域缇香一期业主，于去年十一月份入住，当时搬进来时，还是觉得有很多问题，开始时可能工作人员人手不够，还有些可能是维修需要的零部件没有，所以感觉不太好，有些问题拖的时间比较长，但是后来都基本解决了，在与物业接触的过程中，有两位工作人员给我留下了很好的印象，在他们身上真正体现了万科物业的优质服务（当然，可惜的是并不是所有工作人员都是这样），一位是王德喜（我专门问了下小伙子的名字，以前只知道是小王），从我入住，投诉了几个问题以后，他都尽自己所能联系各部门各单位帮助解决，对于一直比较困扰我的太阳能循环泵的噪音问题，他到现在都一直在跟进，我性子比较急，有时候遇到问题，顾不得是晚上也打电话给他，他从来没有不耐烦过，每次都非常客气，总说这些事是他应该做的，确实连我都不好意思了，我想他是真正理解了万科物业服务精神的不可多得的好员工，说实话，金域缇香物业管理的负责人我从来不知道是谁，所以对他工作的肯定以及感激，无从表达，只能通过万科网站，我个人建议对于这样的优秀员工，万科应给予表彰及嘉奖，他可以作为物业服务人员的榜样。另一位是王璐，一个女孩子，每次见到她都是笑容满面，跟业主之间没有距离感（我是这样感觉的），对于我们反映的问题，也都认真记录，积极解决，也是一位好员工，希望也能给予表扬及肯定！
