看样板房时候带着业主去看5座精装修样板房的，售楼是说3座的精装修标准除了洗手盆、和没有消毒碗柜其他都5座的精装修样板房一样，结果3座的精装修样板房出来了，根本不是一个档次的（极差），还口口声声说万科是大品牌，质量、诚信有保障。万科你们是不折不扣的骗子公司。毒地板事件之后你们对消费者的承诺忘记了吗？也是忘记了消费者对你们的谴责，现在又来欺骗消费者。你们的道歉不会换来你们对事件的重视，反而让消费者觉得你们就是一个没有诚信的公司，天天道歉的公司。

万科竟然你们说按一切按合同，那么为什么等我们交了定金才给我们看合同，不就是欺负老百姓心痛那2W吗，想着定金都交了。怎么也得买吗？如果你先给我们看3座标准，我们会被你坑？

黑心商家，当我们消费者是弱智吗？
还没时间去现成看样板房，但是昨天就听到有3座的同学在群里说装修很令人失望，出于不确定，打电话给销售，销售的回答却是装修还有待完善，当时心存侥幸，以为开发商不至于拿这个来砸自己的脚。哪想到晚上回家看到越来越多的同学抱怨，还看到了详细的对比图片，于是又打电话给销售，销售的回答又不一样了，说装修基本上就这么定了，此时此刻心一下就凉了。。。。
吊顶没了，厨具换低端品牌了，洗手间也简化了，地板也差了。入户拼花省了，玻璃门的磨砂玻璃也换了。。。。
作为中国数一数二的房地产商居然也会如此不讲信用，佛山万科广场这是想要怎样。如果不是我们消费者的支持有你们的今天吗？你就是拿这个来回报我们的？太黑心了！完全是挂羊头卖狗肉的做法，傻子都看得出来其中的水分！
作为一名普通的消费者，我在此呼吁3座的童鞋们一定要站出来维护自己的权利，不要让黑心商家随意欺负，现在不是他们想怎样就怎样的年代了，一定要给他们压力！
大家不要觉得不大可能争取到胜利就干脆不去行动，或者自欺欺人觉得这个价位也合适了，请你记住正是这种心理助涨了他们嚣张的气焰，让他们能这样赤裸裸的欺骗我们，耍我们！
看到这个装修，我实在是不能淡定了！

xx99999发帖《万科毫无诚信，欺骗消费者》，万科客户中心的回复1、万科回复：我司销售员在接待过程中已提及三座和五座交楼标准不同，贵司销售员（接待我的是合富），对我说的是，三座比五座洗手盘一体化升级，只是少一个消毒柜，其他都一样。
2、万科回复：现场也通过水牌展示“仅是五座、八座的交楼标准展示，仅对三座做空间展示”的温馨提示。
木有看到，而且贵司销售人员也从未提及。
3、万科回复：而且，三座目前的交楼标准是对日常生活实用功能进行考量后的优化，也是目前公司全面推行的全新交楼标准。
比如说：5座样板间洗手间淋浴房地面是有一块砖突起（我不是专业人士，形容不出来），贵司销售说是：“万科很贴心的，这样洗澡就不会脚都泡在水里，还防滑。”我当时还很认同的。现在3座样板间淋浴房就是地面砖，那不是前后矛盾了么？！
再比如说：01、06户型的洗手盘上镜子对着主卧门，5座样板间镜子是有柜门的，贵司销售说：“万科这么大个企业，风水方面肯定会都弄好的，镜子对着主卧门不好，就加了镜子阻挡，一点事没有。”3座样板出来了，镜子门没有了。那不是前后矛盾了么？！

对万科很失望，刚买了3座，结果确是赤裸裸的欺骗，隐瞒喝误导。希望万科可以作为一个有良心的开发商，对之前已购3座的业主，尽快提出解决方案。
